'H3′ by 314 Architecture Studio

Located in Athens/Greece, this detached, eco-friendly, two-floor home features clean lines and minimalist aesthetics. According to 314 studios, the design objective was to 'create a luxurious and ergonomic space'.

Therefore the villa was constructed with environmentally friendly materials and made use of geothermal energy (geothermal energy supports the cooling and heating systems). The design also allows for the sun to warm up the house during the winter, whilst protecting it from heat during the summer. Water supply is met with a well (for the lakes and the pool) and rainwater (for other water supplies), whilst solar panels heat the pool. Additionally photovoltaic panels produce electric power.
