With the aim of designing an apparel collection where "the aesthetic is 100 percent informed by a garment’s purpose" Nike joined forces with New York-based designer Matthew M Williams (designer behind the breakout label Alyx) who applied computational analysis to the clothing. “What computational design and computer data can offer is really the future of design”.
Captured Motion was shot by Thibaut Grevet in a quarry in Ukraine. Dancers are Leo Walk & Suzanne Meier. Choreography by Leo Walk. Cool stuff!
